The project brief form

The form on the Contact page prepares a brief in your browser. It does not send your name, email address, project information or other field values to GoodWeb Co. or to a form provider. There is no connected inbox or submission service.

Details stay in the page’s memory while you review and edit them. This website does not put form details in local storage, cookies or a database. Your browser may provide its own autofill or restore form values according to your browser settings.

If you choose to download a brief, a plain-text file is created on your device. That file contains the information you entered. You control where it is saved, whether you share it and when you delete it. It is not automatically transmitted.

Your display preference

When you choose a light or dark theme, the website stores a single preference in your browser’s local storage under the key goodweb-theme. This remembers your choice between pages and visits. It contains only “light” or “dark”, not your contact details. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

Website requests and third parties

Pages, images, scripts and fonts are served from the same website. This implementation does not load analytics, advertising trackers, remote fonts, embedded booking tools or third-party form scripts, and it does not set cookies.

Loading any website requires the server to receive request information such as the requested address, your IP address and browser headers. GoodWeb Co. does not run an application-level request log. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may process operational or security logs under its own policies.

Email enquiries

If you email support@goodwebco.ca, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to GoodWeb Co.’s inbox. Your email provider, Cloudflare and our email provider handle the message and any attachments. The project-brief form itself does not send your details. We do not use this website for analytics or advertising tracking.

Questions about your data

For questions about information you email us, write to support@goodwebco.ca. The local brief tool does not create a submitted-brief record on our website. You can clear the display preference in your browser and delete any downloaded brief on your device.
